|Recommended: YesLove My New Apartment — The grounds are so peaceful and the staff has been absolutely great I woke up to the sound of the lake and birds chirping. This has been the easiest move and I'm enjoying my new place. My realtor LA Davis and the staff at Olde Montgomery Kaitlyn and Cameron have been the best and I can't say enough good things. They even had my touch up paint to me within minutes when I scuffed the wall with my laundry basket. Thanks guys

|Recommended: YesI'm Very Satisfied With Where I'm Living — I am very happy with Olde Montegomery. The maintenance staff is effective and timely. They follow through on things they say they will do later, and they go above and beyond The office staff has always been so friendly and helpful, too. My apartment is great. I can't hear anything from neighbors except from in the stairwell, and they can't seem to hear me either. I've done dance workouts in my living room with no complaints from the people below me. I live on the top floor so I cannot speak to what it's like to have people above you. They also have a special discount for employees of Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati it's so great that they are supporting such a great organization. I also give five stars for safety due to the security company that patrols the development randomly. Thank you Olde Montegomery

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I love this place, it's quiet and very safe. The only thing I dislike is the disgusting dog poo on the footpaths. Dog owners need to pick after their pets.
|Recommended: YesLove To Move In Here — Kind staffs and quick response to question and maintenance. Great walking roads and in small lake there are some ducks and geese floating on such a great view. The townhomes have a comfort and perfect floor plan.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Place To Stay With Family — We loved staying on Olde Montgomery apartment and townhomes. It is a very well maintained community in proximity with shopping centers, hospital and other amenities. The management and maintenance team are quick to respond to resident needs. They took care of social distancing and all necessary precautions during COVID pandemic.
