|Recommended: YesAwesome Place — So far I am very pleased here. It was important that I found a place that felt safe for my son and I. We looked at a lot of different places and this one just felt like home. The staff and maintenance go above and beyond. Cameron is just a sweetheart and is on top of things immediately. Highly recommend
|Recommended: YesGreat Staff, Great Area, Grounds Buildings Needs More Attention. — Olde Montgomery has a great staff maintenance office and a great mobile online platform for all that you need. Move in is made easy and the office looks to accommodate your every need. The grounds and building hallways are a little rough and seemingly unkept but the insides of the apartments are fantastic. Little noisy to from neighbors in some areas but overall best decision for my fiancé and I. Recycling options available as well.

|Recommended: YesFantastic, Cozy, And Affordable — Despite the large number of rental units, the complex is quiet, clean, and feels like a neighborhood. The office and maintenance staff have been overly helpful and responsive. My apartment is well maintained especially for its age. The only issue I've come across is newer front-loading washers and dryers do not fit in the laundry room without removing the doors, but that is easy to remedy. I would happily recommend Olde Montgomery to others looking for an apartment or townhouse.

|Recommended: YesWell Maintained Property — I live in a small building at the back of the property and it's very quiet. I don't usually have a problem finding parking. For the most part, I don't hear my neighbors. The only time I'm even aware they're around is when their dog starts running through the apartment or when the kids go down the stairwell as it echos a lot. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the ground are always well maintained, even with the abundance of ducks geese in the warmer months.
|Recommended: YesNice Community At Affordable Price — Nice and clean community. We move from MI and checked so many apartments around But surely None comparable to this including rent and space. Diverse community make you feel “Love where you live”.

|Recommended: YesNice Community And Excellent Staffs — This is just the second community I have lived in and I am happy so far. Office staffs and maintenance staffs have been very responsive and extremely professional. Very well maintained community and so far have really enjoyed staying here.

The maintenance staff are responsive to a couple of minor issues I've had. And Cameron in the property office is stellar Working with her, I just knew this was the right place to be. I'm settled in and enjoying my new home with new apartmates in the building.

|Recommended: YesVery Family Friendly — We moved here 4 months ago. So far it has been great. They keep the property clean and fix things right away. There are lots of trees around and feels so clean and safe. Going for a walk around here is so nice. Other residents seem very satisfied as well.
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Experience I've Had To Date — Frankly, most apartments are about the same inside. Maybe this or that is upgraded or there's more space here or there, but you usually get roughly the same thing when you rent an apartment almost anywhere. The space itself is great but what pleasantly surprised me about this place was the responsiveness of the staff and the welcoming community. I've actually met a few neighbors a first for any apartment I've ever lived in and Kaitlyn- the property manager- has always been more than happy to help with questions, paperwork, and making sure we really feel at home. The maintenance is no nonsense and fast too I'll admit it's pricier than a lot of the competition, but I've found it to be worth every extra penny.
|Recommended: YesAbsolutely The Best Place To Raise Children — This is truly the best place to raise our children. Everyone is friendly and looks out for each other. Our townhome is spacious and offers so much storage and space for everyone. We feel safe and comfortable It is definitely a family community.
