|Recommended: YesGreat Experience 2 Year Resident — I have nothing but great things to say after 2 years at this property, Unfortunately, work relocation has necessitated a move. Quick highlights Great facilities, clean, excellent amenities basketball courts, playground, pool, I used the GRILL weekly , great water scenery, easy quick access to 275 75 71, I only used maintenance twice, but they were quick to respond same day, food trucks, holiday activities, low crime, the staff is extremely friendly Mary was amazing and they were always very proactive with alerts and messages weather, routine maintenance, announcements, etc . I really can't think of anything bad to say about our experience here. I'll miss it.
|Recommended: YesGreat Property, Good Location, With Peaceful Grounds And Nice People. — I really like living in Old Montgomery. The staff is excellent and very responsive to any needs and questions. The grounds are maintained very well and make this a pleasant place to call home. The buildings are solid with nice layouts. Finally, the location is very convenient being right next to I-275 and I-75 and near Kenwood area and Mason-Montgomery and Montgomery.

|Recommended: YesDelightful Setting, Spotless Grounds, Exceptional Response From Staff When Requested. — My late wife and I have lived in a two-bedroom apartment in Olde Montgomery for 4 years. During that time whenever we have had a maintenance issue, their staff responded the same day, completed the repair promptly and followed up to insure we were pleased with their response and solution. Any request to property staff has been handled promptly and effectively.
