|Recommended: YesLove Where I Live — I live in a townhouse which is great for my lifestyle. I practically live on my patio during the summer and fall months because the views are so beautiful including the deers roaming about . I enjoy the neighborhood gatherings that Montgomery does several times a year. The office and maintenance staff are very pleasant and are always on point. The property is close to everything, you can even walk to a restaurant for dinner or to the grocery. The upkeep on the grounds is wonderful except during the fall when they hire contractors to clean leaves off the grounds. Two years in a row been here for over 5 years they forgot to blow off the leaves in my area but overall, the Montgomery staff does a great job on the upkeep. Though some of the gym equipment is not the same as before they remodeled, its still nice. Pool is very clean. Parking can be a hastle though in the townhome areas. Some people that live in the townehomes have more than 2 cars and they all want to park cars in front of their door. Everything else overall is pretty much A in this area.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Community For Family With Kids — We love living in Olde Montgomery. It is great neighbourhood for family with small kids with a peaceful atmosphere and excellent facility. The staffs are very friendly.
It is convenient location close to 275 North Bethesda Kroger.
